I am updating this journal after a long time to try to compile a list of people in my senior class who ither dropped out of college, never left, or went to NOVA full or part time. This is not meant to hurt anyone but rather inform the rest of us.

1: people who ask for welfare will be given a part or full time job at the welfare office, moping, repairing, or even working the phones. No more free money.
2:when all jobs are filled, applicants will be given an official welfare sign to hang around there neck. They will use that sign to go door to door asking politely for money. Contributers will be noted and given a tax cut greater than or equal to that of there donation.
3: Applicants will be put to work making the official signs and processing the information given by contributers.
